GRAMMYs Celebration 2017
At the start of the project, our goal was to create a beautiful, thoughtful, and cohesive experience for all guests during GRAMMYs weekend through the theme of ‘Elevated Experience’. At each moment throughout the weekend, we would surprise guests with premium and personalized touches that exemplify the importance of Delta’s partnership at the GRAMMYs and recognizing First Time Nominees.
As guests arrived they were greeted with pinspot uplights, lighting the way to the celebrity step and repeat and into Beauty & Essex. The entrance had tray passed champagne, cocktails and hor d'oeuvres and Delta Flight Attendants guiding guests to various areas within the space.
Our featured performer and First Time Nominee, Halsey, as well as other celebrities in attendance walked the red carpet and participated in our charity activation, signing 2 large metal planes at the end of the red carpet. For each celebrity that signed, Delta donated $1,000 to The GRAMMY Museum.
The official cocktail of the GRAMMYs, The Limelight, was featured at the event through a partnership with Absolut Vodka. All product was donated and the Absolut Lime bottles and subtle branding was placed at each bar. Halsey performed a 6 song set list from her debut album, Badlands, and told stories about the songs and her journey as a First Time Nominee.
Live vinyl records were pressed on site featuring unreleased instrumental versions of Halsey’s debut album, Badlands, as well as a 360 degree photo booth that printed photos for guests.
